GB Energy were instructed to carry out an EPC on a property that was already energy efficient. The property was certified as a band E but recommendation were made to increase the efficient up a band. GB Energy provide a complete solution whereby any work required to improve the efficiency of a home can be done by ourselves.

EPC on 3 bedroom mid-terrace property

Need an EPC wish to thank Mrs James of Ashton-on-Ribble who, after we had provided her with an Energy Performance Certificate, sent us the following kind words…

“We have a 3 bedroom mid-terrace which we were looking to rent out. We therefore needed an energy performance certificate and contacted GB Energy. They provided a quote, subject to survey, over the telephone which was very reasonable. We arranged a convenient date to carry out the survey and were delighted to receive a telephone call the day before confirming the appointment. Their Energy Assessor turned up on time, presented himself very well and explained exactly what was involved with producing our EPC.

Following the survey, we were constantly kept in the loop and received our completed EPC less than a week later.
